1st of Month Email and Redeeming Monthly Wines

Membership Renewal & Billing

  • Yes, your membership lasts six months from the date of your first monthly email notification and will automatically bill on the 25th of the month following your sixth monthly wines notification. You will receive a notification of renewal on the 2nd day of the last month, prior to the end of your membership.
  • Yes, if you enjoyed your selections from the last six months, you don’t need to do anything to keep them! Your renewal will carry over the package tier and wine preferences you had previously selected for your membership. If you wish to change any of these preferences for your next 6-month cycle they can be changed any time between the 2nd and the 20th of the final month, prior to your first new billing. Updates should be made within your existing account here , you do not need to purchase a new membership to change your preferences. Once you are signed into your account, membership info can be updated under “Manage Memberships”.
  • Yes, changes can be made to your membership plan or wine type preferences in the account section. Changes can be made between the 2nd and 20th of the prior to the billing of the automatic renewal. All changes will be reflected at the start of your next six-month membership period. Unfortunately, we cannot currently accommodate changes to your plan mid-membership period.
  • Changes to current pricing will take effect on April 1st, 2021 and will remain the same through December 31, 2021. This means that if you purchased a membership prior to April 1st, 2021 your membership will renew at the new rate. You will receive notice of the change in your renewal reminder email and can make changes to your plan or cancel your plan, if so desired, at that time.
  • Once you are signed into your Discovery membership account, your card information can be updated in your account under “Update Billing Info”.
  • We hope you’ll be thrilled with your membership and choose to stay with us however you can cancel at any time by emailing membership@totalwine.com.
  • If you previously had a membership account but currently do not have an active membership you can reactivate your membership simply buy purchasing a new membership. If you currently have an active membership but have requested to cancel your next membership please email membership@totalwine.com with your name, email associated with your account, and the type of membership and wine selection you’d like to rejoin.
